Grammar

In light of the class on linguistics I'm taking this semester, the subject of grammar (which, you should all note, I am not well-versed in) has been pulled into the spotlight, and I've been reminded of this song, which I heard at the beginning of the summer and promptly forgot about.

It's called, appropriately, Bad Grammar, and it's a parody of Timbaland's The Way I Are.

  1. That video is so funny.... what'd your ling.prof. think about it?

Meanwhile, regarding your previous post, I think "visual" learning doesn't mean that you like to look at pictures, but that the teacher is supposed to organize information visually... so, instead of just speaking the information, the teacher should arrange the chalkboard in some way -- perhaps in columns or boxes -- so that the information is visually structured and communicated. But I could be wrong, since I've never taken one of those education classes you took.
